With 37 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Mr. Viergever continues to focus on industrial transactions in Metro Atlanta. He specializes in representing owners/sellers as well as tenants/buyers primarily in Atlanta. Most recently, he has focused on representing a number of manufacturing and e-commerce companies with growth and consolidation needs. His indepth knowledge of specific and unique needs associated with manufacturing and e-commerce facilities has provided a number of clients an exceptional value.

Mr. Viergever also has significant experience with The EPA's Brownfield Program. Numerous transactions over the past few years have involved environmentally challenged properties. Brownfield approval was achieved in order to minimize liability on the part of the purchaser and maximize value for the seller. He joined SIOR in 2006 which represents the highest level of professionalism in the industry. Craig was awarded the Commercial Board of Realtor’s Community Service Award in 2011 for his continued service to Bright Futures Atlanta.
