Cort Volandt joined Lee & Associates - Atlanta in January 2024. Cort’s background in FinTech and his degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) provide him with unique technological & analytical advantages in real estate, especially important in today’s market. This skill set will serve well in researching markets and analyzing data he collects. He also has a strong knowledge of the area's geography and demographics via his background in single-family investing. Cort graduated from the Junior Associate program in October 2024. He now works as an Associate focusing on the Northeast and Tucker / Stone Mountain submarkets of Metro Atlanta.

Cort grew up in Atlanta, enjoys playing golf, and watching the Braves and Bulldogs.
