Dan has worked in commercial real estate for more than 25 years, primarily focused on establishing advanced research and analytics capabilities for clients throughout the industry. Dan’s work in defining and analyzing relevant market data, formulating data-driven outputs and assembling highly capable teams empowers clients to make the best possible real estate decisions. A key component of this role includes industry thought leadership, consisting of reports and outputs identifying key commercial real estate trends - with a close eye on future impacts. Additionally, Dan is focused on the quality of real estate data used by the firm and implementing best practices to maximize its impact on business pursuits.
Dan’s prior experience includes business development, commercial real estate appraisal, data aggregation and analysis, database management, demographic analysis, management of large teams and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
