Mr. DeCouto is the Senior Managing Director and senior leader of the Lee Corporate Solutions - tenant advisory group and the national office practice leader for Lee & Associates. Mr. DeCouto’s expertise comes from his 38 years as a client-focused commercial real estate consultant. During this time, he has brokered over 1,000 commercial real estate transactions. John is a relationship-based, solutions-oriented corporate real estate services provider whose transaction experience, strategic planning expertise, team building and financial leadership have provided customized solutions for many companies at a portfolio level to one-off acquisition and disposition assignments. He is a Founding Principal of the Atlanta office and he leads a national team of nine associates.
