Jay Hudson is a Junior Associate at Lee & Associates- Atlanta. A native of Fayetteville, Jay has lived in the South Atlanta area his entire life. He graduated in 2022 from Georgia State University with a degree in Marketing. Jay began his career in commercial real estate at Rise Property Group where he executed leases with a value in excess of $3 million over 100,000 SF his first year. Specializing in the representation of local and institutional landlords, and local and national tenants, Jay focuses on the I-85 and I-20 Atlanta submarkets.
Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Jay caddied at East Lake Golf Club, home of the PGA Tour: Tour Championship where he was a part of the East Lake Foundation and a 2020-2022 Charles Harrison Scholarship award winner.
By utilizing his passion in servicing others and strong research, Jay delivers strategic solutions and data driven strategies to execute his client's needs, helping them achieve their property and business goals. During his leisure time, Jay enjoys playing golf and tennis, running the Beltline, and spending time with his family.
