Profile

James Ramseur specializes in medium to large land acquisitions, income and investment properties, serving both private and public investors, as well as timber companies in Atlanta and the Southeast United States. He leads the Land Conservation Division, focusing on mineral properties, endangered species, and the preservation of floral and native habitats across the Southeast. Additionally, Mr. Ramseur oversees the acquisition and disposition of land for Single Family Residential, Multi-Family, and Mixed-Use Developments. His expertise also extends to national and international hospitality and mixed-use waterfront developments, including resort master-planned projects in locations like Belize, St. Croix, the Dominican Republic, and other Caribbean nations. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Ramseur founded Ramseur Real Estate Advisors LLC to provide consultation and advisory services, offering specialized asset management expertise to select clients.
