Since then, she has steadily advanced within the company, progressing to the role of Marketing Director at Lee & Associates - Atlanta. Currently, she leads the marketing strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of clients, including industrial, retail, office, and land brokers.

In her role, Mrs. Whitlark is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the creation of high-quality, tailored marketing materials and tour collateral that align with brokers' specific needs. She provides comprehensive broker support, conducts in-depth market research, and manages the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for the company's partners, and brokers. Her expertise spans various specialized projects, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively aligned with business goals and client objectives.
