Lucas Carvalho is a Research Analyst at Lee & Associates – Atlanta. In this role, he will support brokers and other staff in providing a platform of comprehensive commercial real estate market data through informational resources and research. Prior to rejoining Lee & Associates Atlanta in July 2023, Lucas started as a Research Intern in June 2022. As a Research Intern, he excelled in leveraging data skills to create comprehensive comps for commercial real estate transactions. He actively networked with industry professionals and brokers, building a robust base of connections.

Mr. Carvalho is a driven and accomplished individual with a strong background in finance and commercial real estate. His commitment to academic excellence earned him a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Georgia Southern University, where he consistently made the Dean's List.
