Lee joined Lee & Associates as a Research Associate in April 2021. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science, Lee began his career in financial technology and moved into the real estate market in 2020. Since joining the firm in 2021 as a Junior Associate, Lee has played a key role in transactions totaling over $65 million in transaction volume. His deep knowledge of the Atlanta industrial market and commitment to client success have fueled his rapid rise to his current position as Principal, solidifying his role as a key contributor in the firm’s growth. Lee is from Sharpsburg, Georgia and enjoys playing golf, being outdoors, playing guitar, and insightful conversations.
