Matt Orville has a 20-year career in the Commercial Real estate industry, and is currently a Principal with Lee & Associates - Atlanta, Inc. He recently relocated to Atlanta from Southern California to expand the Healthcare and Hospitality Investment Group. His team specializes in representing owners, investors, and users with the re-positioning, selling and purchasing of office and retail buildings, medical buildings, and hospitality assets nationwide.

Career Summary

Unique to brokerage, Matt is fluent in operating expense audit language (Deloitte & Touche Audit accreditation), providing long-term protection to his clients and has an extensive corporate background. He began his career as the portfolio manager of Boeing Realty in 2005. In administrating a 90 million square foot account, he witnessed first-hand how each clause in a lease effect the bottom-line of his clients' balance sheet. In 2007, Matt transferred to the Comerica Bank account and spearheaded the branch expansion program with direct communication to the Senior Management of the bank and management of the outside vendors from site selection to opening, bringing 33 new branches to the CA, AZ and TX markets in 2 years.

Currently, Matt's team is responsible for multiple accounts, each with a different outlook and corporate culture. His experience with Fortune 500 companies, family offices, complex medical groups has helped him deliver cost savings, efficiency and brand consistency to his client's real estate portfolio.
