Since joining the firm in November of 2020, Mendy Ruder has completed over $20M in transaction volume. Mr. Ruder specializes in tenant representation and owner user/investment sales, specifically for distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and service facilities. Mr. Ruder strives to be a reliable resource to his clients, providing transactional counsel and up-to date market information for those looking to purchase, sell, relocate, or negotiate a lease renewal of an industrial facility. By leveraging the Lee & Associates platform, he is able to service local and national clients with a boots-on-the-ground advantage across the United States.

During his time away from the office, Mr. Ruder enjoys biking, playing pickleball and exploring new hole-in-the-wall restaurants around Atlanta.
