Mr. Tumlin became one of the founding members in Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners in 2005 and subsequently merged with Lee & Associates in 2010 to better serve his clients’ needs with project marketing, tenant-representation, land assemblage, consulting, development, and management services, on both a local and national level.

Mr. Tumlin was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. The CCIM designation is awarded to professionals who have completed 240 hours of graduate level courses in financial analysis, commercial brokerage, market analysis, tax planning, managing and marketing troubled assets, decision analysis, and negotiations. Additionally, Mr. Tumlin received the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. The SIOR designation represents achievement of a high level of consistent production in transaction experience in project marketing and tenant representation. Mr. Tumlin has a sound knowledge of industrial property and land markets throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area and the State of Georgia with a primary focus in the Airport, South Atlanta, and I-20 West submarkets. Mr. Tumlin has over 35 years of tenant representation, project marketing and build-to-suit experience. He has been named exclusive representative for commercial and industrial properties with a value of over $1 billion. During the same period he has closed numerous transactions with a total value in excess of $875 million.
