Tommy Hiles, SIOR joined Lee – Atlanta in April of 2011, nine (9) months after the merger in August 2010 of Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners and Lee & Associates. This followed over thirty (30) years of corporate industrial real estate and brokerage experience. Tommy began work in industrial real estate in 1979 in Atlanta at Cushman & Wakefield while attending Georgia Tech. He has been involved in lease transactions and sales ranging from 1,800 sq. ft. to 1,000,000 sq. ft. Since 2005, that volume includes over 500 industrial space transactions and more than 40,000,000 sq. ft. with a gross aggregate lease value in excess of $600,000,000

Tommy is a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). His specialized corporate advisory knowledge and experience assists clients in optimizing their real estate and facility occupancy and ownership positions. Tommy is a founding member of the Lee Atlanta Industrial Agency Service Team, established in 2015 to serve industrial property portfolio investors and owners.
