Profile

Tim Palmer joined the Lee & Associates’ Atlanta office in 2021. Mr. Palmer has over 21 years of corporate office and industrial tenant advisory experience.

Prior to joining the Lee & Associates team, Mr. Palmer was a Senior Vice President at Icon Commercial Interest, where he represented office and industrial tenants in leasing and/or buying superior locations producing extraordinary results for business operations. Throughout his career, Tim has developed an advisory relationship with clients who rely on him to create a competitive advantage with each location both locally and nationally.

Tim specializes in creating and executing strategies that cut costs for the tenant while further providing necessary protections and options to maximize flexibility. He is a graduate of the University of Denver where he received his B.S.B.A.
