Trey is an industrial properties expert, specializing in leasing and tenant representation for highly demanded warehouse suites within the Atlanta Metro area. Since graduating from Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a degree in Real Estate in 2020, Trey has been working hard to establish himself as the go-to broker for Atlanta owners and tenants. His unique skill set allows him to be highly reactive to changing market conditions, setting area records for industrial rent in Cumming, Lawrenceville, Smyrna, Roswell, and McDonough. Over the past three years, Trey has signed over 150 industrial leases throughout the Atlanta metro area.

Trey is no stranger to the brokerage world, having interned at Lee & Associates during 2014, 2015, and 2019. During his time there, he focused on projects involving industrial, flex, and office properties in the greater Atlanta area. His work included generating reports on market activity, pulling comps, and lease negotiation, among other activities. Along with his brokerage background, he also brings experience from the industrial development side, having worked with ARCO Design/Build, where he was on-site to construct a 300k SF industrial property near Spaghetti Junction along I-285 in 2016.

Trey is an Atlanta native who attended The Walker School and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. As an involved member of Pi Sigma Epsilon at the University of Georgia, Trey gained a unique grasp of marketing and negotiation through local and national level marketing and negotiation competitions. During his four years there, he also became an active member of the Athens community, serving as a marketing committee member of Relay for Life and a philanthropy committee member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity – Mu Chapter. Additionally, Trey was a member of the Terry Real Estate Society.

As a respected Eagle Scout hailing from Troop 444 in Marietta, Georgia, Trey looks forward to serving his clients and the local community as he continues to build relationships within the real estate industry.
