Willie Candler joined Lee & Associates – Atlanta in November 2020 as the firm’s first- ever Research Associate. Since then, he has rapidly advanced within the organization, transitioning to a full-time Principal role and earning the Rookie of the Year award in 2022. Specializing in the representation of institutional landlords, developers, and local and national tenants, Willie focuses on the on the I-75 Northwest and I-20 West Atlanta submarkets. He currently oversees a portfolio of over 3 million square feet for institutional owners and has represented a diverse range of tenants including, medical practices, automotive manufacturing, and 3PL providers.

Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Willie played quarterback at The University of West Georgia, where he was a four-year letter winner and set multiple school records.

Leveraging his strong foundation in research and analytics, Willie delivers tailored solutions and data driven strategies to meet his clients needs, helping them achieve their property and business goals.
