Billy specializes in industrial tenant and landlord representation in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on logistics-centered real estate in the South King and North Pierce Counties. He is part of the Northwest Logistics Advisory team and brings a deep understanding of market data and trends to his work, as well as an intuitive, experienced approach to client relations that is the driving force behind his diverse and loyal client base, and his team's nearly $2B in volume, regionally and across specialty national markets.

Billy was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a graduate of the University of Washington. He started working at age eleven in the Alaskan fishing industry, began his career in commercial sales with Nordstrom's Inc. and later co-founded an independent advertising and promotions business -- bringing to each his "customer first" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit that is the hallmark of his success in real estate.
