Gregor has over 30 years commercial real estate experience. He started his real estate career in 1988 with the Norman Company, at the time Seattle’s preeminent boutique real estate firm. Prior to joining Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services he worked at Trammell Crow Company and was a founding member of MetPartners.

Initially Gregor worked with many of the region’s leading developers providing leasing services in both the Seattle and Bellevue markets. For the last 15 years however, he has focused on assisting Puget Sound corporate and institutional clients with their facility requirements including acquisitions, dispositions and leases of properties.

Assignments have included the headquarters relocation of Puget Sound Energy (PSE), and strategic facility assignments for Washington Mutual Bank and the Seattle School District as well as numerous tenant representation assignments.

Gregor is a lifelong Seattle resident and attended the University of Washington. He has served on several Boards and has been a member of Rotary International for 15 years. He enjoys, fishing, flying and playing golf...which he does very poorly.
