Scott Bendorf joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Seattle office in 2022, as part of the Affordable & Senior Housing team which focuses on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Low-Income Section 8 residential properties throughout the United States.  Prior to his engagement with Lee & Associates, Scott provided commercial real estate brokerage services in San Jose, California’s dynamic Silicon Valley, where he grew up. He began his career in commercial real estate representing tenants, buyers, and owners in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of all types of commercial properties, including industrial, “flex” business parks and more traditional office properties.

Driven by a desire to help address the growing issues surrounding housing opportunities for seniors and low-income households, Scott and the Affordable & Senior Housing team are focused on listing and selling Section 8, LIHTC and Rural Development assets across the country, working with Owner’s to derive the best results for their goals and properties.

As an avid outdoorsman, Scott spends much of his extra time hiking, camping, hunting and fishing.  He also enjoys recreational sports, indoor soccer and beach volleyball, as well as quality time with family and friends.
