Scott Bendorf joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services’ Seattle Office in 2022. Prior to Lee & Associates, Scott provided real estate services in California’s Silicon Valley, representing his clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial, office, and investment property. As a member of Lee & Associates’ National Affordable & Senior Housing team, Scott applies his investment expertise to align owners and developers with Section 8, LIHTC, USDA, and NOAH opportunities across the country.
