Mr. Michael Golden is a Principal with Lee & Associates in North San Diego County. He specializes in the sale of net leased investment properties nationwide. Prior to joining Lee & Associates in 2016, Mr. Golden had a distinguished career in the Film and Entertainment Industry, where he achieved notable success. Complementing his creative pursuits, he also excelled in the financial sector as a top producer in the lending division for Smith Barney. These diverse experiences have equipped him with a unique blend of creativity, financial acumen, and strategic insight, which he continues to leverage in his current role.
