February 21, 2020 (Atlanta, Georgia) – Lee & Associates is pleased to announce another successful closing. SBS Transportation is slated to begin operations in their new, 517,500 square foot logistics center in Palmetto, GA on April 1,2020.

Lee & Associates’ Mike Sutter was engaged on the deal in September 2019 by SBS Transportation. Challenged to find 500,000-700,000 square feet in either a single building or multiple buildings, Lee & Associates identified a state-of-the-art facility that met their occupancy deadline and provided their need for growth. Mr. Sutter led transaction management and competitive lease negotiations, getting the tenant a healthy tenant improvement package and an executed lease in only 20 days.
