How have you seen the industry change over the last few years in Atlanta and nationally? Has Atlanta "followed" national trends?

Craig Viergever, SIOR: "The industrial sector has grown to be the crown jewel of all real estate sectors from an ownership/investment standpoint. Commercial brokerage has become more virtual/on-line over the past few years, and I expect that to continue. That said, there will always be a need for third-party brokerage."
