Mr. Palmer brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the Lee Atlanta office. Throughout his career, Tim has built an advisory relationship with clients who rely on him to create a competitive advantage with each location both locally and nationally. Tim specializes in creating and executing strategies that cut costs for the tenant while further providing necessary protections and options to maximize flexibility. He is a graduate of the University of Denver where he received his B.S.B.A.
