A joint venture between PCCP LLC and Panattoni Development Co. have announced plans to develop Building 1 within Riverview Logistics Park, a speculative, 798,000-square-foot industrial warehouse facility on a 154-acre site in Douglasville, GA.

The cross-docked distribution center will be built to Class A specifications that include 40-foot clear heights, precast construction, a 185-foot truck court, full circulation, 180 trailer parking spaces, 420 car parking spaces, 146 dock doors, LED lighting, and ESFR sprinklers. Construction has begun and the project is slated to deliver in early 2022.

“This infill facility is being built to cater to the current strong demand from large users in the market,” said Ryan Dodge, senior vice president at PCCP. “Atlanta has demonstrated tremendous fundamentals and we are excited to make another investment with the Panattoni team.”

Billy Snowden of Lee & Associates represented the joint venture in acquiring the site and will be leading the marketing efforts to lease the building.
