Mr. Winkler specializes in tenant, landlord, and owner/user representation, specifically for local and national companies that occupy manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and service facilities.
Since joining Lee & Associates in January 2018, Mr. Winkler has completed over 2.8 million SF of industrial real estate transactions in Atlanta and across the country, earning him significant achievements including Lee & Associates’ Rookie of the Year, Lee & Associates’ Grinder Award, as well as ACBR’s Million Dollar Club.
