Surging demand, especially for e-commerce projects, and record-low vacancy are creating Atlanta's strongest industrial real estate market in years, and "there's no slowdown in sight," Lee & Associates Atlanta's President and CEO David Howard told Atlanta Business Chronicle.

"I call Atlanta the L.A. of the South," Howard said. "There's a lot of room for Atlanta's industrial market to grow."
