With this acquisition, Westmount Realty Capital makes its reentrance into the Atlanta market. This portfolio is a flex / office / industrial portfolio located in the Norcross Industrial micromarket of Atlanta. Not only did Lee & Associates Atlanta facilitate the off-market acquisition of this portfolio from Wiedmayer Company, but Lee was also awarded the leasing of Peachtree Corners Commerce Park.
