February 7, 2023 (Atlanta, Georgia) - Lee & Associates – Atlanta is pleased to announce that Murray Gray, Joseph Mullican and Connor Winkler have all accepted invitations to become Partners of the firm and have therefore been promoted to Executive VP | Principal.

Murray, Joseph and Connor specialize primarily in industrial leasing & investment sales spanning across numerous Atlanta submarkets. With varying degrees of industry experience, all three are well known in the Atlanta Industrial Commercial Real Estate industry. Murray, Joseph, and Connor have individually proven themselves during their time at Lee & Associates - Atlanta and have all had a significant impact on the growth and prosperity of the firm.

 

This announcement comes on the heels of a banner year for Lee & Associates – Atlanta. With over $1 billion in transaction volume, 2022 was the firm’s best financial year since joining Lee & Associates in 2010. The firm also experienced significant growth, adding 6 new brokers and 6 new staff members.
