Lee Atlanta’s Parking Survey 2019

Lee Atlanta is pleased to present our 2019 Parking Survey. The primary locations of interest include the Buckhead and Midtown office submarkets, with a brief synopsis of the Northwest and Central Perimeter office submarkets. All parking prices mentioned are per space per month.

Depending on the submarket, parking costs can impact a tenant’s occupancy by as much as 15%. For a typical company with 12,000 SF and 50 employees, assuming a need of 4 reserved spaces and 46 unreserved, the parking cost impact per square foot would be $4.69 PSF in Buckhead and $6.21 PSF in Midtown.
