February 3, 2021 (Atlanta, Georgia) - Titan Importer, represented by Lee & Associates' Billy Snowden SIOR, Connor Winkler, and Tommy Hiles SIOR, signed a lease to take a full building at the West Fulton Commerce Park. Titan is the first tenant to sign on to the Crow Holdings' new three-building complex in west Atlanta.

The furniture wholesaler signed a more than 10-year lease for Building 3, a 214,800 SF warehouse. The property is one of three buildings being developed as part of West Fulton Commerce Park, an 881,870-square-foot complex located in the I-20 West submarket at 6400 Fulton Industrial Blvd.
