Chance Taylor, a 2016 University of Mississippi graduate with a B.A. in Marketing and Management, began his commercial real estate career in Houston, Texas and quickly became immersed in all facets of land, investment and multifamily property acquisitions throughout the Southeast.

Wanting to relocate to Atlanta, a networking connection led Chance to a real estate salesperson position with a Midtown residential boutique firm with a startup commercial division. Chance’s first real estate transaction in Atlanta was an industrial warehouse property with Lee Atlanta’s Kurt Unger who later introduced him to President Dick Bryant. With Chance wanting to continue to grow and develop his commercial real estate knowledge and career he quickly took the opportunity to join Lee & Associates- Atlanta.

Along with his past involvement of residential, multifamily, investment and industrial properties. Chance has now begun to specialize in office leasing and sales. Chance lives in Brookhaven and spends his free time fishing, hunting, golfing and exploring the Chattahoochee trails with his chocolate lab Jay.
