On today’s Workplace Wednesday we are featuring Lee Atlanta’s Chief Finance Officer, Scott Crooks. With twenty-five years of experience working for commercial real estate service firms in Atlanta, Mr. Crooks has held positions in research, financial modeling, marketing, finance, property management and operations. Mr. Crooks has focused on operational efficiencies for commercial real estate companies. Some of the initiatives undertaking include technological automation, vendor selection and cost containment. Mr. Crooks was tapped by T. Richard Bryant to assist in the formation of Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners in 2005, and subsequently the Lee & Associates – Atlanta office. By incorporating the best operating practices of commercial real estate services firms into the new organization, Mr. Crooks has been proactive in pursuing the latest technology and integrating it into every aspect of the firm’s operations.
