As the Mexican population in the New England area grows and expands to include Connecticut, the Consulate General of Mexico in Boston is faced with a real estate challenge. To continue providing quality services to Mexican nationals, the consulate may need to consider expanding its facilities or relocating to a larger space. The consulate may also need to evaluate its current leasing arrangements to ensure they are cost-effective and sustainable for the long term. By addressing these real estate challenges, the consulate can continue to serve its growing community of Mexican nationals in the New England region.

Our Approach

By demolishing structural walls to unite the new expansion space with the existing, the consulate was able to continue serving the growing Mexican population in the region with consular services.
