The Appraisal Institute has invited our Senior Associate, Tom Davidson from the Los Olivos Lee & Associates office to speak at their upcoming Market Trends Seminar on Thursday, February 15th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ventura Beach.
Tom Davidson has over 20 years experience in real estate brokerage, investment, and development. This includes 10 years as a commercial real estate broker in the Los Angeles area, where he specialized in the development, leasing, and sales of commercial and industrial properties and the representation of corporate clients. He is a member of the Santa Rita Hills Wine Growers Alliance and was appointed as a member of the Economic Development Committee of Lompoc, CA.
