 Olsen and Caviness join Lee & Associates from Kidder Matthews, bringing a wealth of experience in industrial, multifamily investment and development land. Their expertise will further strengthen the company’s position in the Central California market, particularly in navigating complex investment opportunities and advancing development projects.  

Castanon, previously with Hart Commercial, specializes in industrial and office leasing and sales, focusing on the Central Coast, including Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and the North Central Coast region. His strong background in these sectors ensures that clients in the area receive tailored, high-quality services. 

Jackson joins the firm’s Santa Barbara office as a Marketing and Research Associate, where he will collaborate with Stephen Leider’s team. His skills in market analysis and research will support the team’s ongoing efforts to deliver data-driven strategies and insights to clients across the region.
