Lee & Associates – Columbus’ Todd Spencer, SIOR, CCIM, and Mike Spencer, SIOR represented Kalera as the tenant in the lease expansion of a 54,259-square-foot industrial building at 1302 London Groveport Road in Columbus, Ohio. This tenant expansion brings their total in the building to 136,315 SF.
