COLUMBUS OFFICE OF LEE & ASSOCIATES ADDS NEW BROKERAGE ASSOCIATE
OCTOBER 7, 2024 (COLUMBUS, OH) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced today the
addition of Matthew Smith as an Associate in the Columbus, Ohio office. Matthew will be working exclusively with the industrial leasing and sales team of Todd Spencer, SIOR, CCIM, Mike Spencer, SIOR and Alex Kuniega.
After graduating from The Ohio State University in May of 2023 with a Finance degree, Mr. Smith began his career full-time in commercial real estate with another national company, where he focused on generating new business, providing strategic counsel, and analyzing proposal packages.
