Jake Poxon joined Lee & Associates in 2014 and has established himself as one of the top young brokers in the Central Market. Born and raised in Pasadena, Jake attended the University of Arizona and received a dual degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Jake focuses his attention on serving the Vernon/Commerce industrial market. He has deep roots with the City of Vernon, as his great grandfather was instrumental in the founding of the city. Known for his work ethic and perseverance amongst his clients, Jake pounds the pavement every week to establish new relationships and dig up new opportunities.
Jake specializes in landlord and tenant representation, lease negotiations, owner-user sales, and the disposition of leased investments. His extensive knowledge of the central market has allowed him to expertly serve his clients.
