Anita Marie Artukovich has been an active real estate broker in the Downtown Los Angeles markets since 1982, specializing in the sale and lease of commercial/industrial properties, leased investments, build-to-suit projects, renovation of functional obsolete historic properties, land development, and consultation. Anita has extensive experience with family trust ownerships and private investors. Her core competencies involve sensitive environmental issues, along with complex legal and tax matters affecting real property dispositions.

She is a Principal/Owner of Lee & Associates, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Services, the largest regional commercial and industrial real estate brokerage company in the United States. Anita joined Lee & Associates® in August 1990, participating in equity ownership as a shareholder and principal, including venture capital ownership in most offices. Having completed thousands of commercial/industrial investment sale, lease and development transactions in excess of $800 million, Anita’s most notable recent transactions include representing both the Seller and Buyer in a $14,500,000 land sale at NEC Figueroa/Pico and NWC Flower/Pico across from Staples Center/LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles.
