Tim I. Wetzel

Tim Wetzel began his commercial real estate career in 1989 with Colliers Seeley, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate in Central Los Angeles. Working with property owners, investors, and business owners in the leasing and purchase of Industrial Buildings throughout the greater Los Angeles Market. I have been very active in the Goodyear Tract of Los Angeles, where 914, 1016, 1020 East 59th Street property is located. Tim has completed many of the largest leases and sales in South Central Los Angeles over the past 26 years. In 2004, Tim Wetzel joined Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President/Principal.
