Andy Gage is a Vice President & Principal in the Los Angeles Central office of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. Andy specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of land and industrial properties in the South Bay and Mid Counties markets. Focusing on a client-oriented business model, Andy excels at providing effective solutions for his clients based on their needs. Being a young gun in the Commercial Real Estate business, Gage credits his early success to his over the top work ethic and drive to move up the ranks as fast as he can.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Gage graduated in 2016 from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Being a native of the South Bay and Graduating from South High School in Torrance, Gage knows the local area and business community very well. In 2021, Andy has earned status of shareholder.
