JP Gormly specializes in the Central Los Angeles industrial real estate market, with a focus on the Commerce and Vernon submarkets. He is a member of one of the top brokerage teams at Lee & Associates – Commerce, Inc. led by Executive Vice President & Founding Principal Peter Bacci. The team represents investors, users and institutions in industrial real estate transactions.

Every day JP is in the field gathering intelligence on Central LA’s active buyers/sellers/investors, landlords, available properties, recent transactions and market dynamics. He helps to organize his team’s combined intelligence within a database that can be filtered to expose opportunities and strategy specific to a particular client’s pursuit. Combined with Peter’s 30 years of transaction experience in Central LA, JP’s systematic penetration of the marketplace means his team’s clients are able to anticipate opportunities, create competitive negotiating leverage and, ultimately, maximize the value of their transactions while reducing risk.
