Matthew Artukovich, Senior Vice President and Principal, has brokered commercial real estate transactions with Lee & Associates since 1994. He focuses on the Central L.A. Region including Downtown, Commerce, Vernon and surrounding cities with an emphasis on sales and leasing of industrial buildings (warehousing and manufacturing), along with other commercial property types and land sites for both owner/users and investors. In addition, Matthew serves many clients in the Greater L.A. food industry.

Matt is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (A.I.R.), the premier industrial multiple listing service (MLS) for the Southern California area, LoopNet, Costar, and CRMLS. Media subscriptions include: Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, L.A. Business Journal, and Downtown News. Professional affiliations include: Vernon Chamber Of Commerce, the Food Industry Business Roundtable, Jonathan Club member, and appointment by the Mayor of Los Angeles as Board Chairman of the Windsor Square Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.
