Since joining the Lee & Associates®, Moses has become one of the top brokers in the market for tenant rep “big box” industrial leasing as well as investment and development sales (both private and institutional). He quickly found success by dedicating himself fully to the needs of his clients, enabling him to transact large opportunities very early in his career.
Mr. Moses graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to his career in real estate he worked in marketing and promotions for the hospitality industry as the Marketing & Entertainment Director for SBE Entertainment ( a privately held company with over 46 restaurant, hotel and nightlife locations throughout Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami and New York).
Mr. Moses specializes in the Los Angeles South Bay marketplace representing institutional, corporate, and local landlords and tenants in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties. His primary focus is his representation of Tenants and Owners in the Los Angeles South Bay markets.
Remy, his wife Beth and two boys Remy and Henry, resides in Palos Verdes. Remy is a Southern California local growing up in Los Angeles and San Diego and met his wife while attending Loyola Marymount University. Remy’s family has deep roots in the region, contributing to it’s original development and helped to establish the natural resource industries of the area.
