A new lease transaction for a 19,318 square foot industrial building located at 444 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247.  Corbin Blount, Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Store Display Fixtures. The Landlord was represented by Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia of Bradford Companies.

A new lease transaction for a 10,625 square foot industrial building located at 406 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247.  Corbin Blount, Associate and Ken Wesson, Principal, of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Southwest Medical & Dental.  The Landlord was represented by Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia of Bradford Companies.
