Dallas, TX — 10/6/2017 — DFW Lee & Associates, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new lease transaction for a 5,524 square foot office space located at 600 N. Pearl St., Dallas, TX.

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates negotiated the new lease transaction on behalf of the the Tenant, Intelligent Technology Solutions, Inc., and the Landlord, POTV JV, LLC, was represented by Trevor Franke and Barbara Houlihan of Peloton Commercial Real Estate.
