Lee & Associates Negotiates a 250,000 square foot Industrial Lease for Growing TX Business

Dallas, TX — DATE — DFW Lee & Associates, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new lease transaction for a 250,000 square foot industrial space located at 2900 Meacham Blvd. in Fort Worth, TX.

Becky Thompson Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the Tenant, Woods Distribution Solutions, and the Landlord, 2900 Meacham LLC, was represented by Ryan Wood.  “One of the most rewarding aspects of Tenant brokerage is helping owners grow their companies”, said Thompson.

It was Thompson, Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth Director, who help Woods Distribution expand into the DFW area four years ago with a 79,950 square foot building in Haltom City.  Now they will also be operating from this 250,000 square foot building in Fort Worth. Woods Distribution Solutions is a Third Party Logistics business (3PL) in Dallas | Fort Worth offering multiple services to their customers. Their services include ambient and conditioned storage, distribution, fulfillment, transportation, cross-docking, trans-loading and value-add services based on their customers’ needs. The facility is food certified through BRC/SQF, Silliker and Subway, but they are not limited to food product.
