Lee & Associates Negotiates a 34,101 square foot Auto Dealership Sale Transaction

     Dallas, TX — 12-1-17 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new sale transaction for a 34,101 square foot auto dealership space located at 13615 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75243. 

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas Fort/Worth represented the buyer, Sonic Development, and the seller, Algonquin Realty, LP, was represented by Ryan Johnson of SRS Realty.

Sonic Automotive is expanding a current Dallas dealership to the new bigger location at 13615 N.
