Lee & Associates Assists Chadwell Supply with New Location in Richmond, VA

Dallas, TX — 12/28/17 —  Lee & Associates, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new lease transaction for a 60,000 square foot industrial space located at 8750 Park Central Drive in Richmond, VA.

Reed Parker, Billy Snowden, and Tom Walrich of Lee & Associates represented the Tenant, Chadwell Supply.  This location is a brand new branch for Chadwell Supply and they are looking forward to expanding into the Richmond market.

With the new Richmond location, Chadwell could potentially add upwards of 35 new jobs over the term of the lease.  “Chadwell Supply’s new Richmond location provides a strategic location to serve their growing customer base in the mid-Atlantic,” said Lee & Associates.  “The region is thrilled to welcome Chadwell Supply to Greater Richmond.
