Dallas, TX — Jan. 14, 2017 —Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, one of the largest privately owned national real estate firms, has completed a new sale transaction for a 31,415 square foot industrial space located at 2609 Technology Dr., Plano, TX.

Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the buyer, Fornida, and the seller, Exeter Property Group, was represented by Barney Sinclair of Exeter Property Group.

Since moving to Texas in 2016, Fornida has grown and needed to expand past their current space.  They decided to purchase the 31,415 SF at 2609 Technology Dr. and make it their corporate headquarters.  Fornida is a leading independent distributor of electronic commodities.
